What is therapy?
Therapy a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for you to talk and be listened to. Talking about your feelings, emotions, and experiences is healing. In addition, therapy is a place to learn effective coping strategies for managing different situations. It is a safe and confidential place to develop a toolbox of techniques to bring ease, clarity, and contentment in life.

How will I know I am feeling better?
Scientific research shows that psychotherapy is an effective treatment for concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress and a range of other issues. Once you begin a course of therapy, you may feel lighter, more connected to yourself and your loves ones, and better able to cope with life's challenges.

How many sessions will I need?
After 2 or 3 sessions, you will start to feel better by talking about your concerns and clarifying your goals. Typcially, a series of 6 to 8 sessions will be enough for you to deepen your connection to yourself and your loved ones, develop healthy coping strategies, and enable you to feel empowered. Complex and ongoing issues may require a longer course of therapy.

How often should I come for therapy?
Initially, you may come for a session once a week. When you start to feel better, you may come every other week or once a month for ongoing support.
